I grew up in Texas, met my wife in Illinois while going to college, lived in Florida for 13 years, and have been living in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, since 2011. We have been blessed to make some nice friends and to get to know my family here. My wife simply adores Wisconsin. We have four daughters, two dogs, too many cars, and a castle. Maybe one day, you can have a castle, too. I can certainly help you with that.
Experience
2015 is when I first got my real estate license in Wisconsin. Although I am now a licensed broker, I am NOT the broker of record for any agency. Maybe someday I will take the initiative to own a franchise or open my own brokerage. I was in the real estate business only part-time for the first few years and continued my career in advertising. However, when my back started acting up drastically, I made a permanent switch to real estate as a full time career. This gave me the flexibility to stay in sales and marketing as well as to go to doctor and therapy appointments as needed.
At some point, I began doing project management for remodeling projects. I had gotten the HGTV inspiration, and now I get to help other people remodel homes and condos for flips and updates. It is fun and I really enjoy it. As a general contractor, I don't swing a hammer often, I help you find people with the proper abilities and I make sure they do the best job while you focus on living life. I handle the headaches so you don't have to.
2021, I started a company called Racine Home Builders, and my friend Preston and I are helping people build or customize their homes. Preston has been building and remodeling homes for 40 years. I met him when I first started working on my own home addition and I liked his methods and consistency so much that I hired him to do the job.
In addition to being a realtor, I have owned homes in every state I have lived in since I was 17, so, I know what you are going through as a buyer and as a seller.

My ideal customer is probably you! I enjoy working with people.
- First time home buyers are perhaps my favorite because they are always a joy to work with. As a consultative buyer's agent, I make sure my first time home buyers get to know a whole lot more about the homes we look at than they probably bargained for.
- Senior citizens right sizing to a more manageable home teach me a great deal about life and I enjoy those relationships. We can learn a lot from those who have been doing life for a while!
- Current and ex-military are a definitive pleasure to work with. They can smell a salesman's pitch from 100' feet away and they know their details backwards and forwards, more than any other customer. I am certified for VA deals.
- Investors have taught me about the wholesale side of the real estate business in general, as well as their individual specific businesses and I look forward to those relationships. Investor sales are usually quick and simple because they know what they want and my job for them is to ferret out the best homes that fit their strategy.
